ROTTENNESS/SEEPING PROTOPLASM - Split MCD

Mexican brutal grind that debuted in 2000 with a severed penis jacket. Matthias Joyce of INVIDIOSUS, who moved their base of operations to the United States and toured Japan, joined as vocalist. After Matthias joined, the band became rapidly active, appearing at numerous festivals including Obscene Extreme, and touring Mexico and Europe. Contains four songs including one new song, two live songs recorded by multi-track recording, and a cover of ANTHRAX's "I am the Law".
SEEPING PROTOPLASM is a death metal band formed in 2021 by Adam, a member of SICK/TIRED and DISROTTED who is currently active in Bokusetsu HM-2 Grind and MORTIFY. The concept of the songs is a style that follows the post-brutal death metal of Illinois and Wisconsin in the mid-90s, and contains three songs that appeal to a unique groove that is different from slam and current brutal death metal.
A split CD to be released to coincide with both bands' Japan tour, including an appearance at Asakusa Death Fest 2023.
